Cherry Tree Bungalow May Festival 2011

Ralph Levy, well known for his Handmade House in Ditchling village, is showing garden sculptures and accessories at this year's Cherry Tree Bungalow. He has his wonderfully sculptural and sturdy sweet pea vines and oblisk, as well as plant retainers, all in steel which rusts and weathers beautifully.

The Handmade House is well worth a visit as well. It sits in a beautiful location beneath the South Downs in Ditchling Village, he has 17 artists showing there this year, in the house beautiful paintings and craft, and in the garden a sculpture trail. There is an artists co-operative cafe serving food and drinks all day.
